We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, complete the onboarding process, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and any content you submit through the platform.
We also collect information automatically when you use Virale, including usage data, log data, device information, and cookies to operate and improve our services.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Virale, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.
We may also use your information to send you information about products, services, and events — you can opt out of these communications at any time.
When you connect a social account (such as YouTube), we store encrypted OAuth tokens that allow Virale to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Virale, our users, or others.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Security section in your account settings.
We take the security of your data seriously. All sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@virale.app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the last updated date. Your continued use of Virale after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacy@virale.app.
