Content generated by Virale's AI is based on publicly available trend data. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. You retain ownership of content published through your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Virale. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind. Virale is not responsible for any content published to third-party platforms or any changes to platform APIs that affect the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
